The
Workshop is based on years of experience working with small business
owners worldwide who are using the concepts we teach to dramatically
improve the financial health of their companies.
As a jewelry owner, you must wear many hats. Marketing manager, director
of operations, head of human resources are but a few of your roles. But
the one role you can never delegate is that of financial manager. These
highly interactive workshops are designed to take the mystery out of the
numbers and give attendees practical tools and perspectives to make
better business decisions.
Using jewelry-specific case studies and examples, attendees will work in
teams to apply and practice teaching points.

was fun and interesting. I never knew numbers could be this
fun."
- Ray Bleser,Northeastern Fine Jewelry.
"We've
all set goals at conferences and then we go home and the real world interferes
with the implementation. The one-on-one session during the Plus Day helped
me to understand the importance of setting, and striving to achieve these goals.
At James & Sons, we changed our commission structure in order to increase
our profit margins. We saw measurable improvements in one month".

Prepare to have fun in this highly interactive day of personal business coaching. Start by taking the skills you learned in the Profit Mastery Workshop and apply them to your own company. We will provide you with a three-year comparative analysis of your company that will reveal company trends, and give you the data you need to see how you “stack up” against the competition. With that data and the use of our Road Map, you will learn how to drive more cash out of your business, and leave with a new level of knowledge and the confidence to implement the tools you learn.
Road Map Analysis
Review past trends, diagnose performance, formulate goals, and put together a strategy - all with the guidance and support of skilled coaches. You'll receive a three-year trend and benchmark analysis of your company that you'll use with our exclusive Road Map. Your Road Map analysis will let you see exactly where and how much more profits and cash you could be generating once you apply your customized action plan.
SMART Goals
Learn how to set goals that actually work, using the SMART method. Our business coaches will walk you - one-on-one - through the process of
setting SMART goals. You will leave this session with a completed goal worksheet and an action plan to help you monitor and track your performance long after the Plus Day.
Coaching
You'll be assigned to skilled business coaches who will be on hand throughout the day to provide one-on-one coaching as you develop your action plan for the year.
Biz FIT Assessment
Exclusive 5-part BIZ FIT assessment will help pinpoint action items in key areas of your business. You'll use your Biz FIT assessment on an on-going basis to monitor your progress.
FIT Analysis Software
FIT comes “fully loaded” with your company's financial data. You’ll have the opportunity to practice and use the software at the session. Business Coaches will walk you through some financial what-if scenarios using your own company data. Think of a question before you arrive, and we can run those scenarios using your financial data loaded into FIT. The software calculates break-even analysis, benchmarking, growth analysis and much more.
Note: Profit Mastery Plus participants must complete a financial survey 4 weeks prior to workshop.
